Acceptable Use

TrustLens is built for honest, daylight uses. We hard-block and may terminate accounts for:

• stalking, harassment, intimidation, or harm to any person;
• circumventing any third-party service's terms, authentication, or rate limits;
• impersonation, including creating fake social accounts;
• using reports as consumer reports for employment, credit, tenancy, insurance, or other FCRA purposes;
• bulk queries intended to build a profile database of non-consenting individuals;
• searches targeting minors, except by a parent or legal guardian.

Every search requires an attestation. False attestations may expose you to civil and criminal liability in your jurisdiction.
